Jason Haws | CEO | Owner

   For over 20 years, Jason has focused his attention and devoted his knowledge to the construction industry.  With a love for construction and working with his hands, Jason soon found himself as the first employee of Ameriseal & Restoration LLC, the masonry restoration division of Unified Construction Systems.  He was promoted to Director of Operations in 2008, and then purchased the business with his business partner Scott Wyler.  In 2015, Jason became President.

   Jason is currently active with the JATC committee and as well an advocate for the CAK Safety Council. Jason is a lifelong resident of Ohio and enjoys spending time with his wife; Erin, son; Ian, daughters; Ellie and Emma, family pets, and family and friends.

SCOTT WYLER | COO | OWNER

   Scott began his career in the Bricklayers/PCC Union in 1996 over 25 years ago.  In 2003 Scott joined Ameriseal & Restoration and worked in the field until 2009 where he accepted the position as Project Manager/Estimator.

   Working next to Jason Haws since 2003 in the field and in the office, the opportunity came for them to purchase the company in 2015.

Scott loves spending time with his wife of 20 years; Lori, and his children; Hannah and Hunter. His hobbies are camping with his family, supporting his daughter in Cross Country and Track and Field, and hunting and fishing with his son.

Ben Chouinard | Vice President

   Ben has 28 years of experience in the HVAC industry!  He has done it all, from field calls for repairs and new installations, to troubleshooting various HVAC problems.  You can rest assured that Ben will provide you with great insight and assistance for all of your HVAC needs. 

   He is BPI Building Performance Certified, has a NATE HVAC Professional Certification, and is HVAC Excellence Certified.  He is a Measure Quick Certified Trainer and The Energy Conservatory Certified Trainer

  When Ben isn't assisting a customer, he is educating future HVAC technicians as a HVAC/R Instructor at Portage Lakes Career Center and has done this for 8 years running! 

Ben's hobbies include: Hunting, Fishing, and Exploring New Locations

TJ McLean | HVAC Professional

Bringing his 6 years of HVAC knowledge and experience to Unified Comfort, TJ will be providing service installations for new and existing HVAC in homes and offices, as well as service calls for maintenance.

TJ resides in Canton with his Wife of four years and two boys.  His hobbies include Kayaking, Hiking, Disc Golf, and he is a die-hard Browns Fan!

Troy Shreve | HVAC Professional

Troy is a trained HVAC Technician that truly enjoys his interactions with our customers.  He is an HVAC nerd, and we mean that in the best way!  He will be providing HVAC services for new installs, in new and existing HVAC systems, as well as service calls for repair and maintenance.

Troy resides in Louisville with his Wife and 2 year old daughter.  When he has free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, and riding roller coasters at the nearest amusement park.

Davide Romano | HVAC Professional - Lead Installer

Davide has a long history of breaking down the barriers that have opposed him in life.  He has overcome many hardships as a Building Surveyor in Italy, then as the economy collapsed, he moved jobs before finally moving to Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, a native Ohioan, in 2015. 

In Ohio he practiced his English skills and heard from a friend about about the need for quality HVAC technicians.  He signed up at Portage Lakes Career Center to learn about a career in HVAC, where he met Ben Chouinard.  They hit it off!  Davide quickly knew this was the right path and learned all that he could about indoor Heating, Cooling, and Air Quality.
